Final grades are available
here. It may take a few days, however, until these grades appear in the
graduate school's records, since the process is manual.

The special presentations of 3/7/11 will take place in room Meyer 353
at 18:30. We will have feedback forms / bonus as in previous presentations.

For those who won't be able to present their topic on 19/6/11 we
plan a special tentative session on 3/7/11
at 18:30. Please check the announcements for up-to-date information.

Please note a new date for the planned complementary
lecture (instead of 25/5/11): the lecture will be given on
Wednesday 1/6/11 at 18:30-20:20 in room Meyer 351.
The time has been coordinated with the lecturer of the
preceding course on Wednesday, who plans to give a
regular lecture on 1/6/11, i.e., until 18:20.

A complementary lecture will be given on
Wednesday 25/5/11 at 18:30-20:20
in room Meyer 351. This lecture replaces the
lecture that was cancelled due to Yom HaZikaron.

On 8.5.11 studies at the Technion end at 18:30 due to Yom HaZikaron.
As a result, the Image Processing lecture on 8.5.11 will not be held.

This semester it is possible to replace the oral presentation in class
by email submission of a detailed PPT presentation.
Those who wish to select this option instead of oral presentation please
email a message to ipreq@vision.technion.ac.il with the words
"IP Request - *.* prefers PPT submission" (where "*.*" is the topic number)
as the "Subject:" line. If a student cannot give the presentation due to
special circumstances (e.g., Miluim), please write in the Subject line
"IP Request - *.* cannot present in class" (where "*.*" is the topic number),
and send a separate email to the course staff explaining the special
circumstances. These cases will over-ride other requests.
Deadline for these PPT submissions is 20.6.11.
Deadlines for special circumstances will be cooradinated
individually. Please email your PPT file (preferably compressed)
to ipsub@vision.technion.ac.il - with a Subject:
"IP Submission - *.* PPT" (where "*.*" is the topic number).
The exam (40% of the final grade) is scheduled for June 12, 2011 (time of lecture).

assignments (60% of the final grade),
please

and include the requested topic number
in the "Subject:" line of your email as follows: "IP Request - *.* your name"
where *.* is your requested topic number, such as 2.k or 10.z. For example,
IP Request - 2.k John Smith

The system ignores the
body of the message. Please make sure your mailer sends out your name in the "From:"
line to qualify.
You can view the status of all the requests
here,
including your message once submitted (allow 1-2 minutes for the
system to update). The requests are accepted in the order
they are received by our system. Please do not select a topic
that had been taken already.

If you wish to change your topic, simply email a new request to the same address.
We will ignore previous requests coming from the same person (for archival
reasons your old request is not deleted from the list, however, it will be
considered cancelled, and thus available to other students who may choose it).

scheduled for June 5, 2011 and June 19, 2011
(time of lecture).

Please do not send a WORD file due to inconsistencies in
versions. The final work could be written in Hebrew or English,
preferably limited to 10-15 pages. Deadline for submission of final works -
20.7.2011.
